Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in the electrical and fire safety industries, Ollie brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and senior leadership gained from working within large national organisations. Known for his results-driven approach, he leads with a sharp strategic mindset, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for supporting customers and empowering his team. Outside of work, Ollie loves collecting and riding motorcycles and enjoys walking his two English Bulldogs, Freddie and Stella.
Installation Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, Dean brings a unique blend of technical skill, precision, and dedication. Originally trained at the Royal School of Ballet, his professional dance career instilled discipline and a commitment to excellence that he later channelled into electrical contracting. His strong organisational ability, progression, and natural leadership quickly saw him move into management. Dean is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Outside of work, he enjoys scenic walks with his dogs, Ragna, and unwinding with good wine and cheese.
Finance Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the Fire & Security industry, Leanne brings both financial expertise and a strong understanding of day-to-day operations. As a founding part of the company, she has played a key role in its growth and development from the very beginning. Known for her sharp eye for numbers and organised approach, Leanne keeps the operational team on track and ensures suppliers are paid promptly. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her two English Bulldogs, Freddie and Stella, and time with her husband Ollie.
Service Co-ordinator
Jess brings valuable experience across all areas including scheduling, customer care, HR, and wellbeing support. She also serves as the company’s Mental Health First Aider. Her organised and proactive approach keeps day-to-day operations running efficiently, and she is always ready to support both customers and colleagues. Jess adds structure, energy, and a friendly presence to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young children and unwinding with yoga.
Lead Service Engineer
Phil began his journey with Recall as a trainee engineer, quickly demonstrating a natural aptitude for Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Extinguishers. Drawing on his previous experience in the security industry and as an operations manager, he progressed into the role of Lead Service Engineer. Phil is dedicated to supporting customers and guiding his team. He is known for his dependable approach and technical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys playing squash and spending quality time with his young family.
Fire & Security Engineer
Tom has over a decade of comprehensive experience in the Fire & Security industry, specialising in the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems, CCTV, and intruder alarms. With deep technical knowledge and a strong commitment to compliance, he approaches every job with precision and professionalism. Tom is known for his thoroughness, reliability, and dedication to delivering safe, high-quality work. Outside of work, he enjoys Green Laning, riding his motorbike, and spending time working on his bike and cars.
Electrician
Adam began his electrical career in 2018 after completing his apprenticeship, going on to build a broad skill set across all areas of electrical installation and maintenance. He has worked on a wide range of projects including office fit-outs, specialist outdoor lighting, testing and inspection, and home automation. Known for his adaptable approach and growing technical expertise, Adam is a reliable and dedicated member of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys 3D printing and salsa dancing.
Electrician
Liam is one of Recall’s longest-standing team members, having completed his apprenticeship with the company eight years ago. Since then, he has continued to refine his skills and taken great pride in producing neat, high-quality installations. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Liam continues to broaden his experience and now supports apprentice Josh as he develops in the trade. Outside of work, Liam is passionate about motorcycling and can often be found riding, cleaning, and re-cleaning his classic Yamaha R6.
Apprentice Electrician
Josh joined Recall in March 2025, eager to gain hands-on experience ahead of starting college in October. He has already shown strong potential, demonstrating reliability, enthusiasm, and a committed approach to his training. With a clear drive to excel, Josh aims to become an Apprentice of the Year next year and is well on his way. Outside of work, he has a keen interest in investment and enjoys walking his dog.
