With over 20 years of experience across the fire and security industries, Ollie brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and senior leadership. Known for his results-driven approach, he leads with a sharp strategic mindset and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
With over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, Dean brings technical skill, precision, and dedication. He oversees all installation projects, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
With over 10 years of experience in the Fire & Security industry, Leanne brings financial expertise and a strong understanding of day-to-day operations. She has played a key role in the company’s growth from the very beginning.
Jess brings experience across scheduling, customer care, HR, and wellbeing support. She also serves as the company’s Mental Health First Aider. Her organised approach keeps day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Phil began his journey with Recall as a trainee engineer, quickly demonstrating a natural aptitude for Fire Alarm Systems. He progressed into the role of Lead Service Engineer and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service.
Tom has over a decade of experience in the Fire & Security industry, specialising in the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems, CCTV, and intruder alarms.
Adam began his electrical career in 2018 after completing his apprenticeship, building a broad skill set across all areas of electrical installation and maintenance.
Liam is one of Recall’s longest-standing team members, having completed his apprenticeship with the company eight years ago. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic.
Josh joined Recall in March 2025, eager to gain hands-on experience. He has already shown strong potential, demonstrating reliability, enthusiasm, and a committed approach to his training.
